Pick-up & drop-off

A special rug/mat must be used during the sliding experience, and instructions given by the Sky Views Observatory supervisors must be followed.
Glass Slide weight restrictions: 30 – 150kg
Glass Slide height restriction: 120 cm – 200 cm.
Do not touch the glass during the slide journey.Personal belongings, including mobile phones and sharp jewellery, must be removed and kept inside the pouch.
Participants should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits or any other substances that impair judgement (e.g. medicine).
Participants should be free from severe physical or mental disorders that would not allow them to complete the physical and mental tasks asked throughout the ride.
Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Sky Views Observatory has the right to change or amend any product without prior notice.

By car: Sky Views Observatory is located in The Address Sky Views Hotel, which is easily accessible by car. You can park the car in the hotel’s.

By public transportation: The mall is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station and take a short walk to the hotel.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the hotel from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
