The maximum capacity for a group is 6 participants.
The minimum height requirement to ride the bike is 130cm.
Every Participant must bring their original passport or Emirates ID to be presented at the counter.
Check your email for information on departure time, parking, what to bring, and where to start the experience.
Make sure to show up 30 minutes before the experience begins.
Bikes come with a complimentary helmet. Helmets are mandatory to wear.
The activity is subject to cancellation due to weather conditions or other operational reasons to ensure guest safety and a smooth overall experience.

Free cancellation is allowed up to 96 hours before the experience.

By car: Drive via Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) or Al Khail Road (E44) and exit onto Al Asayel Street; parking is available in Bay Square buildings (though peak-hour congestion when exiting Bay Square is known to cause 30 min+ delays)
By public transport: Take a bus (26, F14, F19A, X22) to Bay Square Bus Stop (5–6 min walk), or use the Dubai Metro Red Line to Business Bay Station (about 7–9 min drive from there) and walk or catch a short taxi/bus
By taxi: Simply request a drop-off at Bay Square on Al Asayel Street in Business Bay — taxis can access direct entry points into the Bay Square complex
