Sky Views Observatory: Open for ages 12 to 65 years old, minors under 18 years must have consent of their parents in person
Must wear modest and comfortable clothing at Sky Views (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
Both attractions must be visited on the same day: At The Top at the scheduled time, and Sky Views Observatory during its operating hours on that same day.
Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booked time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season.
Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) and a consent form of the parent/s is required.
Children UNDER the age of 3 enter for free.
No outside food or drink allowed.
Large bags and/or strollers must be kept at the dedicated luggage counter.
Sharp items and electronics must be left at the dedicated counter.
Please check the booking slots for the most current Peak and Non-Peak hours, as timings may vary by season.
The average time it takes to enjoy At the Top, Burj Khalifa is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.
The following items are prohibited to carry inside At the Top, Burj Khalifa:
e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, Skate shoes or any footwear with wheels, Laptops, Tablets, Electronic cigarettes etc. and baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and are to be kept in the luggage room.

At The Top, Burj Khalifa ticket sales are final and are 100% non-refundable.

Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View, Tower 1, entry point next to resident entrance. Adjacent to the Dubai Metro and the public walkway system, situated at the junction near Sheikh Zayed Road and The Dubai Mall.
