If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station and walk to the mall via an air-conditioned overpass. Once you get to Dubai Mall, you need to walk through the mall to the lower ground floor (also referred to as LG).

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.

we had booked 124th level with cafe. it was clearly mentioned on website & voucher as well that we will be getting either complimentary coffee or pastry. but when we reached 124th level cafe they said to go down stairs on ground floor and when we went down they gave us only soft drinks and said its a scam. we never provide coffee / pastry. you guys are charging so much and not providing coffee/pastry as mentioned on voucher. Extremally disappointed with the service.
