The international buffet is included.

AED 1200 Premium Package (21 years old & above):

The international buffet is included.
Soft drinks, juices, coffee, water, and alcoholic drinks (house beverages) are included.

AED 1500 Platinum Package (21 years old & above):

The international buffet is included.
Soft drinks, juices, coffee, water, alcoholic drinks (house beverages), and sparkling wine are included.

AED 700 Kids 6 – 11 years old:

The international buffet is included.
Soft drinks, juices, and water are included.

Free for Kids 0 - 5 years old.

Table/Seating Arrangement:

Banquet style with a maximum of 10 persons per table.
All guests (individuals, couples, families, groups) will be seated together.
Highchairs will be provided for kids 0 – 5 years old next to the parents' chairs (without replacing the normal chair on the banquet table).

Seating Concept:

Shared seating is the concept.
Specific table requests will not be accommodated.

Wristbands:

Wristbands will be provided upon arrival, not in advance.

Reservation:

Advance full payment is required to guarantee your reservation.
The payment is non-refundable.

Dress Code:

Smart Casual attire is required.
No shorts, baseball caps, sleeveless attire for men, or slippers are allowed.

Arrival Recommendation:

Early arrival is recommended, especially due to high New Year's Eve crowds in Palm Jumeirah.

Platinumlist does not assume responsibility for replacing lost or stolen tickets, nor does it provide refunds for tickets that have been lost or stolen.
If a customer's electronic ticket is duplicated or stolen, for example, through a hacked email or delivery to a shared email address, and the ticket is scanned and used before the customer arrives at the event, entry will be denied. No refund will be issued in this case
