Poor directions to access the venue; long wait times even for pre-booked tickets; too many people crammed into small spaces in an unhealthy, even dangerous way; view turns out to be obscured by pollution, ruining the sunset. Typical Dubai, money first, people second. Best view is from below, should have saved our money and stayed outside
