Guests traveling as a group may not always be in the same cabin.
This ticket is valid only for the specific date and time indicated on it and will automatically expire thereafter. The ticket can be used only once and cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged for any reason whether before or after its expiry.
Holders of a child ticket (ages 3 to under 12 years) are required to present valid identity document as proof of age at Ain Dubai entrance, otherwise entrance to Ain Dubai will not be allowed and the ticket will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
Holders of a child ticket must always be accompanied by an adult (+18 of age) during their visit to Ain Dubai. The visit will be at the risk of the accompanying adult and/or guardian.

This attraction has a no-cancellation policy.
Refunds will only be granted in the following circumstances: Due to Force Majeure, an Act of God, or if the Experience has been cancelled.

By car: Ain Dubai is easily accessible by car. If you're in Dubai, follow the E11 highway and take the turnoff for Bluewaters Island. From Abu Dhabi: Follow the E10 and E11 highways to Dubai. Take exit 29.

By public transportation: Take the Dubai Metro to the Sobha Realty Station in Dubai Marina, and then take the Dubai Tram to Jumeirah Beach Residence. Walk across the footbridge to Bluewaters Island. Take a taxi to Bluewaters Island

By taxi: You can take a taxi to Ain Dubai from anywhere in the city. It's a popular destination and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
