The hot air balloon experience is situated within Atlantis' Aquaventure Waterpark, featuring an array of thrilling adventure rides.
10-minute balloon flight overlooking the breathtaking Dubai Skyline Views

Kids below 12 years are eligible for 1 complimentary ticket per paying adult with the following conditions.
Booking period & Offer validity: 01st June to 30th Sep 2024
During the campaign, free entry is offered to kids below 12 years when accompanied by a paying adult and normal charges will apply if there are additional kids.(e.g. For 2 paying adults and 3 children, 2 children will go free, and the 3rd child will pay for ticket)
The team at The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis will allow kids below 12 years to enter for free when the accompanying adult presents ticket at the ticketing counter.

Weather Dependency: The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis can reach heights of up to 300m and may be canceled due to weather conditions, with the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
Flight Duration: Each flight lasts 10 minutes, but plan for additional time due to safety briefings, loading, unloading, and queues.
Dress Code: Casual clothing is recommended, including shorts, t-shirts, and dresses. Swimming attire permitted if visiting Aquaventure Waterpark.
Accessibility: Wheelchairs and strollers are accommodated; request assistance from ground crew. Must have a braking system. Complimentary on-site wheelchairs are available.
Ticket Redemption: Obtain wristbands at the Avenues at Atlantis ticketing office to access the attraction.
Children Policy: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older. Infants under three receive a complimentary ticket with a valid adult ticket.
Proof of Age: Proof of age is required for child and infant ticket redemption.
Important Note: The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis will remain closed due to maintenance on 1st November & 2nd of November 2023.

By car: Head southwest following signs for The Palm Jumeirah, enter the Palm Jumeirah via Palm Jumeirah Road, proceed to Atlantis The Palm, and follow directions to The Avenues.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to The Palm Jumeirah from anywhere in Dubai. It's a famous destination and most drivers will be familiar with the location.
