The 30-day Trial is for players who dream of playing professional football. During the Trial duration all participants are given the opportunity to experience the daily life of a professional player: sleep, nutrition, training sessions, fitness, matches and overall preparation.

Trialist can witness first-hand the performance level expected of professional players. Each participant is given 30 days to work and prepare so that they are able to meet the level of football abilities we expect from our First Team players.

At the end of the 30 days if the Trialists have demonstrated the skill and the attitude TFA Elite is looking for they will be offered a Professional contract and a spot in TFA Elite's First Team. Our head coach will assess every trialist at the end of the 30 days and provide each participant with professional feedback on their strengths and weaknesses, and advice on how to make it in Professional Football. If a player does not possess the expected level of football abilities to join the first team - they can take home a unique experience and a realistic understanding of what professional football asks of them and continue their learning journey.

Nature of Trial:

• Players and parents acknowledge that the 30 day trial is solely for talent identification purposes and not intended as a developmental training program.
• Players and parents acknowledge that by end of  this trial experience you only get a chance to win a professional contract.

 
Ticket Purchase:

• Payment for trial tickets does not guarantee selection
• By purchasing tickets, players and parents authorize their agreement to these terms and conditions.
• Once the ticket is purchased, there can be no transfer or refund.

 
Coach Observations:

• Coaches may take notes and prepare reports during the trial for evaluation purposes.

 
Trial Duration:

• Trial Experience is for 30 Days
• If selected, then player may be asked for a 30 Days extension 

 
Language Preference:

• Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication.

 
Injury and Attendance Policy:

• Tickets will not be refunded if the player is injured prior or during the trial experience or fails to attend, under any circumstances.

 
Cancellation by TFA:

• In the event of cancellation by TFA, participant fees will be refunded to players after 90 days of official cancellation, the processing charges however will be deducted.

 
Code of Conduct:

• All Players are should at all times follow theTFA code of conduct as described in the website
• All Players are should agree to followour partner’s code of conduct when provided to them

 
Fulfillment of Requirements:

• Failure to meet all requirements will disqualify the player from attending the session and invalidate any refund requests.

 
Passport Requirement:

• Participants must possess a valid passport (8 months) to attend the trial in Dubai.

 
Medical Cover Requirement:

• Players must have adequate medical coverage to participate in the football trial.
