• All Wild Wadi ticket sales are final and 100% non-refundable.
• It is prohibited to bring food, drinks, glassware or alcoholic beverages into Wild Wadi Waterpark.
• However, each visitor can only bring a 1-liter bottle of water with them.
• Don't forget to bring a valid ID with you.

• Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.
• Acceptable clothing : One-piece/two-piece swimsuit, Speedo, sun shirt, swim shorts, and burkini.
• Unacceptable clothing : Abayas, saris, cotton shirts or trousers, jeans, long pants, underwear, plain clothing, and transparent or inappropriate fabrics.
• Regular diapers are not allowed in any of the pools or rides.

• Games are not suitable for people with neck, back, joint, or heart health problems, or people who are overweight or have conditions that limit mobility.
• Pregnant women are not allowed on most rides.
• Guests with injuries (splints, bandages, etc.) or contagious diseases are not allowed to use the games.
• If a child is unaccompanied by an adult, they must be at least 13 years old to enter. To ensure safety, there are restrictions on some rides for children under 1.2 metres tall.

By Car:  Wild Wadi Water Park is easily accessible by car! Simply drive on Sheikh Zayed Road and exit at the Jumeirah Beach Road exit. Continue on Jumeirah Beach Road until you reach the park.

By Public Transport:  The park is easily accessible by public transport. If you're taking the metro, get off at the Mall of the Emirates station, then take a bus heading to Jumeirah Beach Road. From there, it's an easy walk to the park.

By Taxi:  You can also take a taxi from anywhere in Dubai to get to the park. It's a popular destination, and most taxi drivers are well aware of the location.
