Chitthi Aayi Hai – A 3 Day Pitaara Festival is a three-day cultural homecoming that celebrates the soul of the Indian subcontinent through music, poetry, storytelling, and shared memories. Each day unfolds a different emotional journey, bringing together Bhajan Jamming, Qawwali, Ghazals, Sufi music, Indian storytelling, Haveli Sangeet, and timeless poetry. Rooted in nostalgia and heritage, every experience is thoughtfully curated to reconnect audiences with the warmth of home, traditions, and the cultural echoes that transcend borders. From the wisdom of Kabir and Amir Khusro to heartfelt tributes to Jagjit Singh, every chapter invites audiences to relive stories, songs, and emotions that unite generations.

Seating is based on the ticket category purchased and available on a first-come, first-served basis, free seating
Tickets are transferable only as per the Ticketing Partner's policy. However, it is non refundable.
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.

Security personnel may conduct bag checks at any time.
No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
No Re-Entry at any given time will be allowed. A new ticket will have to be purchased at the door for Re-Entry to the event.
Professional photography and videography will take place during the festival.
By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional purposes by the Organiser and District.
All photographs, videos and recordings remain the property of the organisers and may be used for future marketing and promotional activities.
Programme schedules and artists may be subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour throughout the festival.
Any form of harassment, abusive behaviour, discrimination or violence will result in immediate removal without refund.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances may be denied entry or removed from the venue.

By car: Al Serkal Avenue is located in the Al Quoz industrial area of Dubai, and it can be easily reached by car. If you're coming from Sheikh Zayed Road, take the Al Manara exit (exit 43) and turn right onto Al Manara Street. Continue straight until you reach the first intersection and turn right onto 8th Street. Keep driving straight until you reach the roundabout, take the second exit, and continue onto 17th Street. You'll find Al Serkal Avenue on your left.

By public transportation: To reach Al Serkal Avenue by metro, take the Dubai Metro Red Line and get off at the Noor Bank Station. From there, you can take a taxi or a bus to Al Serkal Avenue, which is just a short drive away.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Al Serkal Avenue from anywhere in Dubai. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
