Musician in Residence with Sarathy Korwar, Kamal Musallam & Tacit

Ninja Tune artist Sarathy Korwar is travelling to the UAE to perform and exchange ideas with local musicians as part of a special residency in partnership with the British Council and PRS Foundation. 2017 is the Year of Creative Collaboration between the UAE and the UK. This concert, where Sarathy joins 2 of UAE’s musical veterans on stage marks the end of his first tenure here.

Jordanian Oud player Kamal Musallam, known for fusing the disparate worlds of jazz and traditional Arabic music & Aaron Kim (aka Tacit), classically trained Cellist turned into distinguished electronic musician come together with Sarathy for this very exciting fusion project.
