Dixon & Mind Against New Year's Eve at Soho Garden Meydan in Dubai

New Year’s Eve at New Soho Garden Meydan is set to be the highlight of the year as the event will feature Electronic heavyweights Dixon & Mind Against (in alphabetical order).

Few artists walk the line between past and future as well as Dixon, a German musician best known as a house and techno DJ and producer, as well the founder of the record label Innervisions based in Berlin.

As a DJ, he cuts a striking figure behind decks, rising from Berlin among the original pioneers of electronic music. Using music to melt through other art forms, Dixon’s strength is found in his transcendent dancefloor moments. Echoed by a flawless aesthetic, his performances feel both safe and unpredictable, with this singular sense of balance seeing his global appeal widen year after year.

Expressing a musical venture which draws from the combined roots of IDM, House, and Techno, Mind Against are an Italian-born, Berlin-based duo.

Their gift of creating emotion through the synths and percussive instruments in their studio translates uniquely onto the dancefloor, where their slick, moving take on techno makes for a special kind of peak in the club.

The event is outdoors and features a view of Burj Khalifa Fireworks.
