The Art of Stillness blends guided creative workshops with immersive wellbeing experiences, offering participants practical ways to slow down, reconnect, and recharge. Each session is thoughtfully designed to harness the benefits of creativity, mindfulness, and sensory engagement, supporting overall physical and mental wellbeing in an accessible and enjoyable environment.

Guided Breathwork & Sound Healing: Restore inner balance using therapeutic sonic vibrations and nervous system regulation practices led by Purva Kaushai.
Pilates Session: Build core stability and strength in a low-impact toning class hosted by YOFIT Hot Studios.
Release & Rise Vision Workshop: Participate in a structured, art-based session by Zen Art to clear mental clutter and design your next chapter.
Café Refreshment Break: Recharge with a scheduled break at PXB Café.

Session Date & Time: 05th September 2026, Morning Event (8:30 AM – 12:45 PM)
Access Level: Open to all gender identities and experience levels.
Booking Policy: Advance booking required due to limited space in private studio settings.

Arrival: Arrive at least 15 minutes before the 8:30 AM start time to check in and settle into the space.
Attire: Wear comfortable, stretchy activewear suitable for both gentle movement/Pilates and seated workshop activities.
Open Environment: The Release & Rise session goes beyond simple crafting to focus on structured, art-based reflection; bring an open mind ready for guided self-exploration.

By Bus: There is an RTA public bus stop situated outside the Expo metro station.

By Metro: The fastest and most sustainable way to travel here. The Dubai Metro Red Line takes you from various locations in the city to the Expo station, located in the heart of Expo City Dubai.
