Please carry a valid ID (passport/driving license/any government ID) proof along with you. (Without any valid ID, passengers are not allowed to fly.)
All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and must weigh less than 120 kg.
Due to the strict rules and regulations of the UAE's government regarding drones, we do not allow drones to fly during flight.
Pregnant ladies are not allowed
Children under 5 years old and individuals over 70 years old will not be permitted to fly.
Guests must be physically fit – no knee/back issues
Must be able to stand for 45 minutes (Flight duration)
Must be able to squat during take-off & landing
Must be able to climb in/out of the basket without assistance and bend in brace position
Guests with physical, mental, or emotional disabilities are not permitted
Not recommended for guests with heart conditions, recent major surgery (last 6 months), serious knee/back issues, or fear of heights

In case of cancellations made 48 hours before the tour departure time: no charges will be applicable
In case of cancellations made within 48 hours of your tour departure time: 100% charges will be applicable.

By car: To reach your destination, take Al Ain - Dubai Rd and drive from there. GPS navigation is highly advised.
