• The event is a 21 years and above event.
• Doors open from 7:00pm with supporting acts starting from 8:00pm
• All packages are inclusive of free-flowing beverages
• Any cancellation less than 72 hours prior to the date of the event will be non-refundable.
• Valid ID is required for all ticket holders and must be presented at the security check point.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event.
• No external food or beverages, no professional photography or recording equipment.
• No parking at the concert venue. Taxi drop-off and pick-up only. We advise taking a taxi and/or ride share option.
• Dress code: Beach Glam. As the event is taking place on the sandy beach, stylish Flat and Wedge shoes are highly encouraged. Open shoes are allowed for gentlemen. UAE National Dress (Kanduras and Abayas) are not permitted on the beach.

By car: To reach your destination, take Sheikh Zayed Rd., followed by  Nakhlat Jumeira St./Jumeira, then take the ramp to Palm Jumeira Rd.  Lastly, continue onto Palm Jumeirah Rd. and onto the Palm Jumeirah Tunnel. Keep right, merge onto Crescent Rd., and then drive to your destination. GPS navigation is strongly advised. 

By public transportation: To reach your destination, take bus 8 (Ibn Battuta Bus Stn) to the Palm Jumeirah Monorail Station. After a five-minute walk, take the NB (Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark Monorail Station) monorail from the Palm Gateway stop to the Atlantis Aquaventure stop, and have a short 14-minute walk from there. 

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination via a taxi or ride-hailing app.
