General Guidelines:

Arrival Time: Check-in is 45 minutes before flight time.
Weight Information: It is Mandatory to provide your accurate weight when required. Failure to do so could cancel your flight, and the ticket is non-refundable.
ID Requirement: Original passport or official photo ID.
Weight Risk: By proceeding with the booking, passengers accept the risk of being unable to fly due to weight restrictions and the ticket won’t be refunded.
Seatbelt Extender: Passengers needing a seatbelt extender cannot fly due to safety regulations. The ticket remains non-refundable.
Weather/Changes: Flights may be cancelled due to weather. If this happens, you can either reschedule without extra charges or get a full refund.

Shared Tour Weight Limits:

Weight per Passenger: For weight and balance of the helicopter, the weight limit is set to 110 kg per person.
Above 110 Kgs: Passengers weighing more than 110kg are still welcome to fly , however, they will need to book 2 seats.
Alternate flight/time: There may be some waiting time for heavier guests while staff accommodates them on a different flight (subject to availability).

Private Tour Weight Limits:

Group Weight Limit: The combined body weight limit for a private flight is 450 kg distributed among 6 Pax.
Above 450 kgs limit: If the combined body weight exceeds 450kgs, the flight may still be possible. However, it is mandatory to coordinate with the reservation team as early as possible. The team will analyse different factors (fuel capacity, wind, humidity etc) & then assist to arrange a suitable flight time to accommodate the higher weight.

Other Policies:Children’s Policy:

Children over 2 years old must have their own seat.
Children cannot sit on an adult’s lap.
Children aged 2-12 must be with a guardian.

Pregnancy: Pregnant passengers up to 8 months is acceptable however we recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.
Special Needs: A person with determination who is still able to walk is welcome to join with a companion to assist them.

Dress Code:

Safety Dress Code: No loose clothing, long scarves, or accessories that could get caught in rotor winds.
Footwear: Only flat, secure shoes are allowed (no high heels).

Security & Baggage:

Screening: All passengers must go through security checks.
Baggage: No large bags or purses are allowed on the helicopter. They must be stored in designated lockers.
Medical Items: A small carry-on bag for medical reasons may be allowed (must be essential items only).

Flight Operations:

Flight Changes: Flights may change due to weather, air traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Route Changes: Routes and durations might change due to external factors.

Passenger Conduct:

Behavior: Falcon Aviation can refuse service to disruptive passengers. Always follow crew instructions, like keeping your seatbelt fastened during the flight.

By Car: The Atlantis Hotel helipad on The Palm Jumeirah is easily accessible by car. You can park your car in the designated parking area free of cost.

By Public Transportation: The helipad is easily accessible by public transportation. The nearest metro station to the Atlantis Hotel helipad on The Palm Jumeirah is Nakheel Metro Station on the Red Line. From there, you can take a short taxi ride or use the Palm Monorail to reach the Atlantis Hotel. The Atlantis Aquaventure station on the monorail is directly connected to the hotel, providing convenient access to the helipad.

By Taxi: You can also take a taxi to the Atlantis Hotel helipad on The Palm Jumeirah from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
