The vibrant beach venue, renowned for its great music and delectable menu, topped the list of worldwide watering holes in the World’s Best Bars www.worldsbestbars.com Top 100 Bars. Barasti has also received numerous local awards, namely “Best Bar in Dubai” 2008 and 2009, “Time Out Best Bar 2008”, What’s On “Best Bar” 2008 and 2009 and more recently "Bar of the Year Dubai" 2010.

At the weekends, Barasti will welcome some of the world’s best international DJs, which will make it not just the best bar in town, but also the first, and best, beach club venue housing what have become 2 of the biggest and best club nights in the region: Sandstorm and Barasti Beach House.

Catering for a wider spectrum of people than ever before, Sandstorm provides a wider array of musical styles; from Chillout and Lounge to House and Hip-Hop, all musical genres are provided for including live singers and musical accompanists playing alongside some of the best DJs from all around the world.
