The thought process of the producer/writer not only re the storyline but also over and above the play! We need more people like him in our part of the world! The performances were great, the storyline was gripping but what really pulled us back the next day was when the written explained the reason behind why his story was set in Punjab and the united Punjab of 300 years ago. We also loved the language- Punjabi is our mother tongue too and some of the words took us back to our grandmother’s time (the same happened in greater intensity during Ketu). We can’t thank them more for this!

Punjab, three hundred years ago. A man is dead. His wife has been abused. A bandit is arrested and proudly confesses to the deed. But the wife's story is different, and that of the dead man himself, speaking from the realm of the dead, is different again. Who has been lying, and why?

The doors open at 19:30 and the show kicks off at 20:00 ensuring you have ample time to settle in.

By car: Al Serkal Avenue is located in the Al Quoz industrial area of Dubai, and it can be easily reached by car. If you're coming from Sheikh Zayed Road, take the Al Manara exit (exit 43) and turn right onto Al Manara Street. Continue straight until you reach the first intersection and turn right onto 8th Street. Keep driving straight until you reach the roundabout, take the second exit, and continue onto 17th Street. You'll find Al Serkal Avenue on your left.

By public transportation: To reach Al Serkal Avenue by metro, take the Dubai Metro Red Line and get off at the Noor Bank Station. From there, you can take a taxi or a bus to Al Serkal Avenue, which is just a short drive away.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Al Serkal Avenue from anywhere in Dubai. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
