All indoor seating guests will enjoy the fireworks and laser show from our exclusive designated area, downstairs right in front of the Burj Khalifa, reserved specially for Time Out Market guests.

Note - collection from 25th to 30th December: Upon purchasing a ticket online, customers are required to collect their access badges and wristbands. These badges and wristbands can be collected from December 25th to 30th, 2025, at Time Out Market Dubai, following the steps below:

• Location: Time Out Market, Level 3, Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai
• Collection Point: Atrium Bar at Time Out Market (kindly ask the security at the entrance to assist you)
• Requirements: Please carry a valid identification document (such as  Emirates ID or Passport) along with the Platinumlist purchase proof for ticket collection. 

Note - collection on 31st December: Upon purchasing a ticket online, customers are required to collect their access badges and wristbands. If you are not able to collect the badges and wristbands before 31st, but only on 31st December, you can collect it at the Dubai Mall information kiosk, located at Zabeel Extension Bridge, second floor (details provided below).

• Early arrival is recommended due to high New Year's Eve crowds in Downtown Dubai.
• Late arrivals come at your own risk due to potential security and logistics issues.

Terrace Access:

• Outdoor terrace access requires tickets specifically purchased for it.

Food & Beverages:

• 50% of your booking value will be provided as a Time Out Market event card, valid until 2 am on January 1st, 2026.

Card Balance:

• The event card is only valid for the event night and cannot be refunded or used on another day.

Dry Zone:

• A non-alcoholic zone is available; please select these limited seats if desired.

Seat Changes:

• Seats are allocated based on your purchase selection and cannot be changed.

Communal Seating:

• Communal seating is our concept; specific table requests can’t be accommodated.

Walking Around:

• Guests can access the Time Out Market downstairs area of the Dubai Fountain Boardwalk, but can't take food or drinks along.
• Leaving the venue may risk re-entry, depending on Mall security.

Which parking facilities will be available at Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar?
All parking areas at Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar will be open until they reach full capacity.

Until what time can I use the parking facilities at Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar?
Access to the parking areas will be unavailable after they reach full capacity and/or once the roads leading to Dubai Mall parking are closed by RTA authorities.

After Road Closure:
In the event that parking is full in Downtown, or the roads are closed, where can badge holders park their cars?
Badge holders have the option to park their cars at two designated locations, with shuttle bus services provided for convenient pick-up and drop-off (below are both locations; available from 5-11PM). All badges will have to be shown on both ways, it is very important to keep at all times your badge until you return back the parking:

Is there any parking available for the general public (those without badges) if Dubai Mall parking is full?
Yes, public parking is available both across and outside Downtown Dubai. The underground parking P1, P2, and P3 in Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard are also open to the public before road closures.

Where can I park for free in Downtown, anywhere close to Souk Al Bahar?
All Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard parkings will be open and free for the evening. 

Is the parking at Souk Al Bahar open to the general public?
Parking at Souk Al Bahar is available only to those with reservations at Souk Al Bahar outlets, including restaurants, hotels, and tenants - you must have wristbands and badges for access. You will get 4 hours of free parking once you validate your token at the Atrium bar at Time Out Market. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

I have a reservation at a restaurant on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. How can I reach the restaurant from the access points along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard?
You can reach the Time Out Market (Souk Al Bahar) by accessing the closest gate in its vicinity on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. There are five gates across Downtown Dubai for you to choose from. Please consult the Gates Grid to determine the nearest access point to your intended location.

There will be five entry points along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard for visitors to use:

• Gate 1: Located behind the Downtown Command Centre
• Gate 2: Situated behind Burj Vista
• Gate 3: Located near Emaar Square
• Gate 4: Opposite Boulevard Plaza
• Gate 5: Opposite Address Downtown Junction

What time will the roads be closed on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard?
The closure of roads can occur at any time and is subject to final confirmation by the relevant RTA authorities.

Will there be taxis in Downtown Dubai? Where will they be situated?
Taxis will operate normally while the roads are open. However, they will not have access to Downtown Dubai once the roads are closed by Dubai Police, and drop-off and pick-up services will no longer be permitted.

Where can I arrange for personal transportation drop-off and pick-up?
If you arrive before the road closures, you can be dropped off at any location. However, access to Downtown Dubai will not be available once the roads have been closed by Dubai Police. You may arrange for pick-up from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard after the roads have been reopened by Dubai Police.

Platinumlist recommends that customers avoid purchasing Platinumlist-branded tickets from secondary ticketing websites or online selling sites such as eBay, Dubizzle, Facebook, StubHub, and Online Ticket Shop. This is because there is a possibility that the ticket may not be valid for entry or may be cancelled by Platinumlist if it is determined that the ticket has been resold. It is worth noting that in certain countries, the reselling of tickets is prohibited by law.

It is highly recommended that you take precautions to protect your tickets from the possibility of loss or theft.

Platinumlist does not assume responsibility for replacing lost or stolen tickets, nor does it provide refunds for tickets that have been lost or stolen.

If a customer's electronic ticket is duplicated or stolen, for example, through a hacked email or delivery to a shared email address, and the ticket is scanned and used before the customer arrives at the event, entry will be denied. No refund will be issued in this case.
