• We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to ensure timely access. To respect the performance and the audience, latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, at the discretion of the duty manager.
• The event ticket must be produced to gain entry into the event.
• The ticket is only valid for the specific date, time, and event shown.
• Seats allocated at the time of booking are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• The bar opens in the foyer one hour prior to the concert start. You can enjoy refreshments before the concert, but consumption of drinks and food inside the auditorium is not allowed.

Cameras will be positioned in the auditorium and the foyer, and members of the audience may appear in the resulting recordings and images, which may be used for archive, broadcast, press and promotional purposes including social media, websites, press releases, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to appear, please contact info@baldaquin.ae before the event date or inform the media team at the venue. Complete exclusion from background or crowd shots cannot be guaranteed.

By car: To reach your destination, take the Sheikh Zayed Rd, exit 39 towards Umm Suqeim St, take the D63 W/Umm Suqeim Rd ramp, and continue on Umm Suqeim St/D63 to your destination.

By public transportation: Take bus 8 (Ibn Battuta Bus Stn) to the Wild Wadi 1 stop and take a short walk from there.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by using a ride-hailing app or taxi.
