As a part of their efforts to promote serving sustainable delicacies in a vibrant atmosphere, BOCA has put together a unique event for Dubai Food Festival led by the restaurant's head chef, Matthijs Stinnissen. Tapas Forward promises to be a delicious tasting experience that'll feature Spanish, Italian and French dishes made from lesser-known local crops, artisanal and ethical produce from local and international farmers, and eco-friendly seafood.
