Every visit to Hai Ramadan is a celebration of culture, cuisine, and immersive traditions.

Gates open at 17:00. *During Eid holiday, timings will be from 15:00 – 22:00*
Free access for visitors aged 5 and under, and People of Determination.
Ticket required for all other visitors.
Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
No refunds or exchanges after ticket purchase.
Expo City Dubai may modify operating days and hours.
Admission is valid only for the purchased day.
The mosque, bathrooms, and iftars are outside the ticketed area, allowing re-entry on the ticketed day.
Professional photography or videography is not allowed.
Prohibited items inside the ticketed area: bicycles, skateboards, skates, scooters, and trolleys.
Pet-friendly venue; only service animals allowed inside the ticketed area.
Ticket purchase grants Expo City Dubai permission to use event photos or videos for promotional purposes.
Optimal parking and transportation options: Dubai Metro Red Line (Expo 2020 station) and Sustainability Parking.
Visitors must comply with Expo City Dubai's policies, instructions, guidelines, and regulations.

**If requested, visitors must provide identification for eligibility.

By car: Expo City is located on Al Wasl Avenue. and is easily accessible by car. You can park the car in the designated parking free of cost.

By public transportation: Expo City is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are using the metro, you can get off at the Expo 2020 station and take a short walk to the location.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the city from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location
