Dress Code: Casual, appropriate clothing is allowed during the tour. No beachwear allowed.
Age and Health Restrictions: A visit to Arte Museum Dubai is suitable for people of all ages, including expectant mothers.
The entire Arte Museum Dubai experience is wheelchair accessible.
Visitors must follow all viewing guidelines. Non-compliance can result in liability for damages or losses.
Weapons are strictly banned. Violation can lead to security intervention and police involvement. Disruptive behavior or smoking will result in ejection without a refund.
Inform staff about any allergies, especially to nuts or dairy. Running is prohibited due to mirrored walls and dim lighting. Pregnant women, elderly visitors, and those with low light tolerance should have a guardian. Visitors with medical conditions (e.g., stroke, heart disease, seizures) should exercise caution.
Do not touch or lean on exhibits. Non-compliance may result in damage, for which the visitor will be liable.
All food and beverages, including water, gum, and candy, are prohibited throughout the exhibition.
Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a guardian, who is responsible for the child’s safety and any damages or injuries caused by the child.
The exhibition includes harmless scents that complement the artwork.

By car: The Arte Museum in Dubai can be easily reached by private car. Ample parking facilities are available at the location.

By public transportation: Take the Metro and alight at the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station. The ARTE Museum is just minutes away from there. Alternatively, you can use RTA bus services, with bus numbers 27, C26, and X28 serving the destination.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the museum from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.

AYA – A trip to a beautiful universe:

By car: AYA Park is located on the first floor of Wafi City Mall. If you're arriving by car, you can park at the location and it's subject to availability.

By public transportation: AYA Park is easily accessible by public transportation. Go to the bus stop located on Sheikh Zayed Road, near the Dubai Water Canal. Then, take bus route F19 from the bus stop and get off at the Marasi Drive 1 bus stop, which is just a few steps away from AYA Park Dubai.

By taxi: You can take a taxi to AYA Park from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
