Step into waterproof waders and assist in training Bamboo Sharks and Leopard Sharks.

Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo - Shark Trainer Encounter ticket sales are final and are 100% non-refundable.
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (16+ years old)
Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo
Please carry a valid photo ID with you.
Minimum height requirement is 140 cm.
Adult and Children (above 140 cm)
Not applicable for our pregnant guests.
Guests must be able to ascend and descend stairs to access the shark trainer portion of the experience.
No swimming required. The activity will be done on standing level.
Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

DUAZ Shark Trainer Encounter Dress Code: Casual, appropriate clothing is allowed during the tour. No beachwear allowed.
Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo Age and Health Restrictions: A visit to Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is suitable for people of all ages, including expecting mothers.

By car: Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo Age is located in The Dubai Mall, which is easily accessible by car. You can easily park the car in The Dubai Mall parking.

By public transportation: The mall is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station and walk to the mall via an air-conditioned overpass. Once you get to Dubai Mall, you need to walk through the mall to the lower ground floor (also referred to as LG).

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.

The Shark Trainer Encounter was such a cool experience! We got to go behind the scenes and learn all about sharks. Being in the tank with them was surreal. Definitely a must-try for animal lovers! 😍
