A long Sunday lunch at SANA. Gather friends and family around the table for SANA SUNDAYS, a leisurely afternoon with an Uzbek & Middle Eastern sharing menu, live Uzbek musicians, a DJ and kids entertainment. Every Sunday from 12 PM to 4 PM, lunch unfolds course by course. Start with Uzbek tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh greens and pickles, alongside warm baked non. Sharing salads and dips follow: Tashkent salad, babaganush, hummus and feta with red pepper.

Next comes SANA’s signature hash, served steaming with baked bone marrow and garlic. For the main course, the chef carves slow-cooked wagyu beef cheek at your table and serves it with potato puree. Finish with Uzbek sweets and your choice of baklava, medovik or napoleon. Live Uzbek musicians and a DJ set the mood throughout the afternoon, with kids entertainment for younger guests.
